Good Room, Difficult Experience with Landlord

The room was nice, clean, and in good condition. Unfortunately, the landlord's father would occasionally come to the property after drinking and could behave aggressively. I also experienced an attempted rent increase during the tenancy, and the atmosphere became uncomfortable, which ultimately led me to move out.
